Small, Intimate Classes
With a maximum of six students per class, you’ll have plenty of opportunity for one-on-one time with our instructors.
Our community pottery studio is located in the stunning Northern Rivers of NSW and we welcome people of all ages and skill levels.
I've recently had the pleasure of taking a beginner's pottery class at Stone Studio. It was such a fun night out! Jenn is a gifted teacher who's passion for ceramics is evident, and the studio space has such a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Would be great for a fun girls night out, or if you're looking to learn a new skill or take up a new hobby.
Stone Studio is such a welcoming space, and Jenn is an amazing teacher. I had some experience with throwing and her tuition was spot on for helping me change some old habits and learn new skills. Can't wait to do an advanced course and glaze chemistry!
Being a complete novice to anything to do with clay, I have to say, the hand building class is such a great way to get into it. You're guided through every step from your incredible teacher, who helps you bring out your inner creativity. It is so enjoyable and the process of moulding clay with your hands is incredibly therapeutic.
Being welcomed into a light filled open space by the sea where one feels relaxed enough to play and shape, is something every art enthusiast should experience.
After completing my first ceramics class with Jenn, I'll be sure to be back! I enjoyed every moment at the studio, especially the intimate and welcoming atmosphere and Jenn's passionate and friendly approach. It was an incredible experience to learn how to create something uniquely beautiful with my own two hands.
