We get it, life can be hectic. If something has come up, and you need to reschedule, that’s not problem. However, please note that you must provide us with at least 48hrs notice.

Rescheduling with MORE than 48hrs Notice

If you’re unable to attend your booking, we can either reschedule your booking for another time, or provide you with a credit. Please contact us at hello@stonestudio.com.au as soon as possible and we can help get it sorted.

Rescheduling with LESS than 48hrs Notice

If less than 48hrs notice is provided, we can still reschedule you, however you will incur a 30% rebooking fee. Our classes are small and intimate, and if we have a few people cancel at the last minute we actually end up running the class at a loss. This fee simply helps us cover our cost so that we can continue to run the class for the other students that are booked in.
