Kids Pottery Classes for School Holiday Fun

What to Expect from Kids Pottery Classes at Stone Studio

Our kids pottery classes are designed for children aged 5-16, with each class tailored to the specific age group. Each session is led by an experienced pottery teacher, who will guide them through the process of creating their own unique clay creations. Depending on the class and age group, you may be asked to sit in on the session with them.

Classes typically run for 1-2 hours, depending on the age group, and are held in our fully equipped Kingscliff pottery studio. Kids will have access to all the tools and materials they need to create their masterpieces.

Kids and Teen Pottery Classes as a fun School Holiday Activity

Why Pottery Classes are the Ultimate School Holiday Activity

For starters, they offer a fun and engaging way for kids to spend their time, allowing them to get creative and learn new skills in the process + they get to make friends and socialise with other kids.

Pottery also offers a range of developmental benefits for kids. Working with clay can help improve hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and spatial awareness. It also encourages creativity and self-expression, which can be especially important for kids who struggle with traditional academic subjects.
